Miriam Whitfield is a nutritionist located in the northern suburbs of the Dallas area. She received her masters in nutrition science and functional medicine from the University of Western States.

She completed her undergraduate degree from Purdue University in nutrition science. She had over fifteen years experience in the fitness and bodybuilding industry before pursuing her nutrition education. She is also a twelve year veteran who served in combat roles during the Iraq War.

She works closely with Dr. John Roland at his functional

medicine clinic to help develop therapeutic plans for patients struggling with various diseases and illnesses. Her education

and experiences make her a valuable resource in helping

others on their health journey. 

NUTRITION FACTS

Red colored foods contain nutrients which support prostate, urinary tract function, and DNA health along with protection against cancer and heart disease.
 
Green foods contain several nutrients that help support eye, lung, liver, cell, arterial health/function, wound healing and gum health.
 
Yellow/Orange foods are filled with nutrients that help with eye health, immune function, plus body growth and development.
